One-on-One Customized Yoga session

Service Description

A customized 30, 60 or 90 minute integrative yoga session. It includes assessing your personal yoga needs e..g dosha, suggesting poses, meditation, and breathing designed specifically for your needs. As a traveling yoga Teacher I can help you to turn your home, the park, office, or beach into your own blissful practice space. You just need to show up and I will provide the music, props and accessories to conduct the class you need. At the end of session you get an individualized lesson plan to guide your practice. A personalized, customized meditation session is also available.

Cancellation Policy

For services that you have booked ( does NOT apply to retreats, yoga or meditation classes) please cancel to avoid being charged a $50 cancellation fee. Please cancel bookings at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings not cancelled within 24 hrs of service will be charged a $50 fee.
